What an attic cleanout covers
We clear out whatever has collected up there: boxes that were stored and forgotten, old building material left by a previous owner, and the debris, droppings and nesting material that come with mice, squirrels and birds getting in. Everything comes down, gets bagged, and leaves in our truck.

Do you clean up after rodents?
We clean the mess: droppings, nesting material and the debris left behind. We are a cleaning company, not a pest control company, so if the animals are still getting in, have that handled first and we'll clear out what they left.
How long does an attic take?
Most attics are a single visit. The on-site quote is where we tell you how long yours will take and what it will cost.
Is it safe to do myself?
Attics are hot, cramped and full of sharp edges and exposed framing, and the dust up there is not pleasant to breathe. That's exactly why the job exists.
